740\u8868\u683c(FCC Form 740)\uff0c\u58f0\u660e\u8be5\u8d27\u7269\u5728\u8fdb\u53e3\u524d\u5df2\u7b26\u5408FCC\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u6b64\u8868\u683c\u5e94\u5728\u62a5\u5173\u65f6\u4ea4\u7ed9\u7f8e\u56fd\u6d77\u5173\u53ca\u8fb9\u5883\u4fdd\u536b\u5c40\uff08U.S.
