Laboratory\uff09\u540d\u5355\u3002\u4eca\u540e\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u4e0d\u4ec5\u53ef\u4ee5\u53d1\u5e03\u7b26\u5408\u6027\u9a8c\u8bc1\u62a5\u544a \uff08Verification\uff09\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u4f9d\u636e\u65b0\u89c4\u53d1\u5e03\u7b26\u5408\u6027\u58f0\u660e\u62a5\u544a\uff08Declaration\uff09 \uff0c\u66f4\u52a0\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u8f93\u7f8e\u4ea7\u54c1\u5feb\u901f\u63a8\u5411\u5e02\u573a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65e9\u57282014\u5e7412\u670830\u65e5\uff0cFCC\u5c31\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u5c04\u9891\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6388\u6743\u89c4\u5219\uff08FCC 14-208\u516c\u544a\uff09\uff0c\u5ba3\u5e03\u5c06\u4e8e2016\u5e747\u670813\u65e5\u5220\u9664\u6240\u6709\u5217\u540d\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\uff0c \u4ec5\u4fdd\u7559FCC\u8ba4\u53ef\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\uff0c\u4eca\u540e\u4ec5\u8ba4\u53ef\u7f8e\u56fd\u6216\u4e0e\u7f8e\u56fd\u7b7e\u7f72MRA\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u51fa\u5177\u7684\u6d4b\u8bd5\u62a5\u544a\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e0e\u7f8e\u56fd\u5e76\u672a\u8fbe\u6210MRA\uff0c\u6b64\u89c4\u5219\u5c06\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646\u4e0d\u518d\u6709FCC\u6d4b\u8bd5\u8d44\u8d28\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u3002\u6b64\u540e\uff0cFCC\u57282016\u5e746\u670815\u65e5\u53d1\u5e03\u5907\u5fd8\u5f55\uff08ET Docket 13-44\uff09\uff0c\u5ba3\u5e03\u5c06FCC 14-208\u5c04\u9891\u8bbe\u5907\u6388\u6743\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u8fc7\u6e21\u671f\u5ef6\u957f\u4e00\u5e74\uff0c\u81f32017\u5e747\u670813\u65e5\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u653f\u5e9c\u95f4\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u53bb\u89e3\u51b3MRA\u7684\u4e92\u8ba4\u53ef\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2017\u5e743\u670823\u65e5\uff0c FCC\u53d1\u5e03DA 17-274\u548cDA 17-275\u516c\u544a\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u6279\u51c6A2LA\uff08\u7f8e\u56fd\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u8ba4\u53ef\u534f\u4f1a\uff09\u548cNVLAP\uff08\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u81ea\u613f\u8ba4\u53ef\u8ba1\u5212\uff09\u4e24\u5bb6\u8ba4\u53ef\u673a\u6784\u7684\u8ba4\u53ef\u8303\u56f4\u6269\u5c55\u81f3\u672a\u4e0e\u7f8e\u65b9\u7b7e\u7ea6\u7684Non-MRA\u5730\u533a\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\uff0c\u5e76\u7ed9\u51fa\u4e86\u76f8\u5173\u5b9e\u65bd\u7ec6\u5219\u3002\u4f9d\u7167\u65b0\u89c4\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646\u672a\u4e0e\u7f8e\u56fd\u7b7e\u8ba2MRA\uff0c\u4f46\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u53ea\u8981\u901a\u8fc7NVLAP\u6216A2LA\u7684\u8ba4\u53ef\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u6210\u4e3aFCC\u8ba4\u53ef\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\uff0c\u5177\u5907\u53d1\u5e03FCC \u62a5\u544a\u7684\u8d44\u683c\uff0c\u8fd9\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u524d\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646\u4e0d\u80fd\u7533\u8bf7\u8ba4\u53ef\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u7684\u72b6\u51b5\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6839\u672c\u6027\u7684\u6539\u53d8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6b21\u516c\u5e03\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646FCC\u8ba4\u53ef\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u517140\u5bb6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u3001\u653f\u5e9c\u7814\u7a76\u673a\u6784\u3001\u4f01\u4e1a\u5185\u90e8\u68c0\u6d4b\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u7b49\u591a\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\uff0c\u540d\u5355\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><a
