874\/2012\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2021\u5e742\u670826\u65e5\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u5b98\u65b9\u516c\u62a5OJ L 68\/62 26.2.2021\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a2020\u5e7412\u670817\u65e5\u901a\u8fc7\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4 (EU) 2021\/340\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5c31(EU) 2019\/2015\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u5185\u5bb9\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4fee\u8ba2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u6cd5\u89c4\u751f\u6548\u540e\uff0c\u7167\u660e\u4ea7\u54c1\u5728\u8fdb\u5165\u6b27\u76df\u5e02\u573a\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u9700\u7531\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\uff08\u5236\u9020\u5546\u3001\u8fdb\u53e3\u5546\u6216\u6388\u6743\u4ee3\u8868\uff09\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u80fd\u6548\u6807\u7b7e\u4ea7\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u7cfb\u7edf\uff08EPREL\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u767b\u8bb0\uff0c\u63d0\u4ea4\u80fd\u6548\u6807\u7b7e\u3001\u6280\u672f\u8d44\u6599\u53ca\u7b26\u5408\u6027\u8bc1\u660e\u7b49\u4ea7\u54c1\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u6cd5\u89c4\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u5149\u6e90\u7684\u80fd\u6548\u7b49\u7ea7\u3001\u6807\u7b7e\u683c\u5f0f\u53ca\u4ea7\u54c1\u4fe1\u606f\u7b49\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u7efc\u5408\u6b64\u540e\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f(EU) 2019\/2015\u7684\u4e2d\u6587\u8bd1\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. \u4e3b\u9898\u548c\u9002\u7528\u8303\u56f4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.1 \u672c\u6cd5\u89c4\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u5e26\u6709\u6216\u4e0d\u5e26\u6709\u63a7\u5236\u5668\u7684\u5149\u6e90\u7684\u6807\u7b7e\u8981\u6c42\u4ee5\u53ca\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8981\u6c42\u4e5f\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5305\u542b\u4ea7\u54c1\u5185\u7684\u5149\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1.2 \u672c\u6cd5\u89c4\u4e0d\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u9644\u4ef6IV\u7b2c1\u70b9\u548c\u7b2c2\u70b9\u6240\u8ff0\u7684\u5149\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1.3 \u9644\u4ef6IV\u7b2c3\u70b9\u6240\u8ff0\u5149\u6e90\u5e94\u53ea\u7b26\u5408\u9644\u4ef6V\u7b2c4\u70b9\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<\/strong><strong>\uff0e\u5b9a\u4e49<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u53c2\u89c1(EU)2019\/2020\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u5185\u5bb9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. \u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u7684\u4e49\u52a1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3.1 \u5149\u6e90\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u5e94\u786e\u4fdd:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(a) \u5149\u6e90\u4f5c\u4e3a\u72ec\u7acb\u4ea7\u54c1(\u5373\u4e0d\u5305\u542b\u5728\u4ea7\u54c1\u5185)\u9500\u552e\u65f6\uff0c\u9700\u5728\u5305\u88c5\u4e0a\u5370\u5237\u80fd\u6548\u6807\u7b7e\uff0c\u5e76\u7b26\u5408\u9644\u4ef6III\u7684\u683c\u5f0f\u8981\u6c42\uff1b<\/p>\n<p \u6839\u636e\u6cd5\u89c4(EU) 2017\/1369\u7b2c11(13)(a)\u6761\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u53ef\u57282021\u5e748\u670831\u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u5728\u6295\u653e\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u5149\u6e90\u4e0a\u4f7f\u7528\u65e7\u6807\u7b7e\uff0c\u4ece2021\u5e749\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u5e94\u4f7f\u7528\u65b0\u6807\u7b7e\u3002\u5982\u679c\u57282021\u5e747\u67081\u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u6ca1\u6709\u6295\u653e\u540c\u4e00\u578b\u53f7\u6216\u540c\u7b49\u578b\u53f7\u7684\u5149\u6e90\uff0c\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u53ef\u4ee5\u57282021\u5e747\u67081\u65e5\u81f38\u670831\u65e5\u671f\u95f4\u7684\u5149\u6e90\u4e0a\u4f7f\u7528\u65b0\u6807\u7b7e\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u7ecf\u9500\u5546\u57282021\u5e749\u67081\u65e5\u524d\u4e0d\u5f97\u9500\u552e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5149\u6e90\u3002\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u5e94\u5c3d\u5feb\u5c06\u8be5\u540e\u679c\u901a\u77e5\u76f8\u5173\u7ecf\u9500\u5546\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u5176\u5411\u7ecf\u9500\u5546\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u62a5\u4ef7\u4e2d\u5305\u542b\u6b64\u7c7b\u5149\u6e90\u65f6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.2 \u6761\u7684\u51cf\u635f\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5728\u672c\u6cd5\u89c4\u5b9e\u65bd\u540e18\u4e2a\u6708\u5185\uff0c\u5e94\u4f7f\u7528\u65b0\u6807\u7b7e\u8986\u76d6\u6389\u5546\u5e97\u5185\u73b0\u6709\u5149\u6e90\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u65e7\u6807\u7b7e\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5370\u5237\u6216\u9644\u5728\u5305\u88c5\u4e0a\u7684\u6807\u7b7e\u3002\u4f46\u5728\u672c\u6cd5\u89c4\u5b9e\u65bd\u524d\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u5c55\u793a\u65b0\u6807\u7b7e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. \u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u9500\u552e\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u4e49\u52a1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u6307\u4ee42000\/31\/EC \u6d4b\u91cf\u65b9\u6cd5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6309\u7167\u7b2c3\u6761\u548c\u7b2c4\u6761\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u5e94\u901a\u8fc7\u53ef\u9760\u3001\u51c6\u786e\u548c\u53ef\u91cd\u590d\u7684\u6d4b\u91cf\u548c\u8ba1\u7b97\u65b9\u6cd5\u83b7\u5f97\uff0c\u4e14\u8003\u8651\u5230\u9644\u4ef6 \u5e9f\u6b62<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6cd5\u89c4(EU) No 874\/2012 \u81ea 2021\u5e749\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u5e9f\u9664\uff0c\u4f46\u7b2c3\u6761\u7b2c2\u70b9\u548c\u7b2c4\u6761\u7b2c 2\u70b9\u9664\u5916\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u81ea2019\u5e7412\u670825\u65e5\u8d77\u5e9f\u9664\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.
