Commission&#8217;s\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u80fd\u6e90\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff09\u6210\u7acb\u4e8e1974\u5e74\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u5f15\u5bfc\u80fd\u6e90\u5e02\u573a\u671d\u7740\u826f\u6027\u7ade\u4e89\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u662f\u52a0\u5dde\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u653f\u7b56\u53ca\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u62df\u5b9a\u5355\u4f4d\u3002<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\">\n<p>CEC\u67095\u4e2a\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u4e4b\u8d23\u4efb\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u9884\u6d4b\u672a\u6765\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5e76\u7ef4\u62a4\u76f8\u5173\u80fd\u6e90\u5386\u53f2\u6570\u636e\u7684\u8bb0\u8f7d\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u7535\u5382\u5730\u5740\u7684\u52d8\u6d4b\u53ca\u5efa\u7167\u7684\u6838\u53d1\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u4fc3\u8fdb\u80fd\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u6548\u7387\u7684\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u4ece\u5de5\u5382\u7684\u673a\u5668\u8bbe\u5907\u81f3\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u89c4\u8303\u90fd\u5728\u5176\u7ba1\u8f96\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u53d1\u5c55\u80fd\u6e90\u6280\u672f\u53ca\u63d0\u4f9b\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u5229\u7528\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u8d1f\u8d23\u53d1\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u7d27\u6025\u60c5\u51b5\u65f6\u7684\u89c4\u5212\u4e0e\u6307\u6325\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u4e3a\u4e86\u63d0\u9ad8\u7528\u7535\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u8282\u7ea6\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u548c\u5ef6\u7f13\u6e29\u5ba4\u6548\u5e94\uff0cCEC\u4ece1976\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u63a8\u884c\u52a0\u5dde\u7535\u5668\u80fd\u6548\u6cd5\u89c4\uff08Appliance Efficiency Regulation\uff09\u3002\u6309\u7167\u6cd5\u89c4\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u53d7\u7ba1\u5236\u7684\u7535\u6c14\u4ea7\u54c1\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u52a0\u5dde\u9500\u552e\u65f6\u5fc5\u987b\u6ee1\u8db3\u8bbe\u5907\u80fd\u6548\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u6700\u65b0\u7248\u672c\u7684\u52a0\u5dde\u7535\u5668\u80fd\u6548\u6cd5\u89c4CEC-400-2012\u4e8e2012\u5e741\u670812\u65e5\u901a\u8fc7\uff0c\u57282013\u5e742\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u751f\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u52a0\u5dde\u7535\u5668\u80fd\u6548\u6cd5\u89c4\u5305\u542b\u7ba1\u5236\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u80fd\u6548\u6307\u6807\u8981\u6c42\u3001\u6d4b\u91cf\u65b9\u6cd5\u4ee5\u53ca\u5206\u9636\u6bb5\u5b9e\u65bd\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5176\u6cd5\u89c4\u4f1a\u7b49\u540c\u6216\u9ad8\u4e8e\u80fd\u6e90\u4e4b\u661f\u548cDOE\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u8be5\u6cd5\u89c4\u4f1a\u5b9a\u65f6\u66f4\u65b0\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u5ba1\u8bae\u548c\u7eb3\u5165\u65b0\u7684\u80fd\u6548\u6280\u672f\u548c\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u4ea7\u54c1\u5fc5\u987b\u7531CEC\u6388\u6743\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u6d4b\u8bd5\u5e76\u7ecf\u7531CEC\u5907\u6848\u8ba4\u53ef\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97CEC\u8ba4\u8bc1\u540e\u624d\u53ef\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u52a0\u5dde\u9500\u552e\u6216\u4e2d\u8f6c\u3002\u6b64\u5916, \u6240\u6709\u6388\u6743\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u6bcf\u5e74\u786e\u8ba4\u5176\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6d4b\u8bd5\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u5e76\u4f1a\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u63a5\u53d7CEC\u6838\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\uff0cCEC\u6cd5\u89c4\u7ba1\u5236\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u5305\u62ec24\u5927\u7c7b, \u5305\u62ec:
